We Take Personal Responsibility for Fixing Things.

We believe in the Marketing Concept - that an organization should seek to make a profit by serving the needs of customer groups. It is very straighforward and has a great deal of common sense validity, but is often misunderstood, forgotten or overlooked. Effective marketing starts with the recognition of customer needs and then works backward to devise products or services to satisfy those needs. The end result is a more efficient market in which the customer is better satisfied and the firm is more profitable.

We believe that Marketing is a Discipline - focused on selling the most products and services at the best prices. Marketing is not a random set of mystical, magical activities that lead to product sales. Marketing is a discipline, that uses a defined process, which can be measured for effectiveness.

We believe in Objectives and Strategy - without objectives and strategy, you'll never get to where you want to go.  A good objective is specific, quantifiable, measureable and time-bound. A strategy is how you will achieve your objective. A good strategy, executed correctly, delivers consumers whom purchase your product or service.

We have a healthy disdain for the Status Quo - Our rapidly changing world calls for bold, brave approaches. Companies that don't adapt will eventually fail. Companies must react more quickly, with more speed, agility, and the flexibility to changing consumer needs. We welcome destruction. It may sound strange, but destruction is one of today's conditions for survival. Just as a snake sheds the skin it has outgrown, companies need to rid themselves of habits that have outlived their usefulness. Sure, this sounds scary. Some people will get upset. But companies - and individuals - always must make certain sacrifices if they want to stay strong.

We believe in getting our Hands Dirty - As former operating executives, we are not afraid to roll up our sleeves and dive into our work. Frankly, we enjoy it. We are passionate, focused and results-oriented. Why? Because our success (and our reputation) is based upon your success.

It shows in our work. It shows in our results. It shows in our client satisfaction ratings.
